We hold a Texas Department of Agriculture Category 3A Commercial Pesticide Applicator License and are expanding into fencing, landscape and ornamental pest control, and HOA/property management services.
Position Overview
The Service Technician is a physically demanding, hands-on field role responsible for identifying, managing, and resolving wildlife-human conflicts on residential, commercial, and agricultural properties. This position requires a capable and resourceful individual who is comfortable working with tools, performing manual labor in challenging environments, and tackling a wide variety of property maintenance tasks. Humane exclusion and trapping techniques are central to the work, as is maintaining the structural integrity of client properties through skilled, physical craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspections: Conduct thorough hands-on assessments of properties to identify entry points, structural damage, and wildlife species involved — including crawling through tight spaces and navigating rooftops.
- Exclusion & Repairs: Perform physical repair and exclusion work using hand tools, power tools, caulk guns, wire mesh, hardware cloth, and fasteners to seal gaps, patch openings, and reinforce vulnerable areas of structures.
- Trapping & Removal: Set, monitor, and reset traps across a variety of terrain and property types; safely handle and transport wildlife using proper equipment and protective gear.
- Manual Labor: Routinely lift, carry, and maneuver materials and equipment weighing 50–100 lbs. Safely climb ladders and work at heights to access rooftops, eaves, and elevated entry points. Navigate confined spaces including attics, crawlspaces, and under-structure areas.
- Tool Operation: Competently operate a range of hand and power tools including drills, saws, staple guns, pry bars, and more. Ability to read a situation and select the right tool for the job is essential.
- Property Support: Assist with auxiliary tasks such as fence repair, light landscaping, lawn maintenance, or farm-related duties as they relate to wildlife prevention and overall property upkeep.
- Client Relations: Educate property owners on prevention strategies and clearly explain service plans and completed work.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate digital or written logs of inspections, species encounters, materials used, and equipment condition.
Required Qualifications
- Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs regularly; comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors in all weather conditions – heat, cold, rain, and mud included.
- Tool Proficiency: Must have working knowledge of common hand and power tools and be comfortable performing general repairs and maintenance tasks. This is not a desk job, and comfort with physical, skilled labor is non-negotiable.
Relevant Experience (Preferred)
- Prior background in pest control, construction,carpentry, agriculture, landscaping, or general contracting is a strong plus and will beweighted heavily in hiring decisions.

As we grow, we’re looking for someone to help manage our day-to-day marketing and grow our online presence.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator to help run our local SEO, social media, paid ads, and email marketing. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience managing real campaigns for a growing local business. Training and guidance will be provided. You don’t need to be an expert in every area, but you should be comfortable learning new tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Local SEO
- Keep our Google Business Profile updated (hours, photos, posts, services)
- Help monitor local search rankings and respond to customer reviews
- Update and maintain online business directory listings
Paid Search (Google Ads)
- Help set up and monitor Google Ads campaigns targeting our service area
- Track basic performance metrics (clicks, budget spend) and flag what’s working
Meta Ads
- Help create and schedule Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
- Monitor ad performance and report back on results
Social Media Management
- Post regularly to Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
- Help organize and schedule content (photos, short videos, customer stories)
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely, friendly manner
Email Marketing
- Help build and send email newsletters/campaigns
- Keep our email list organized and up to date
- Track basic metrics like open rates and clicks
Qualifications
- Some experience with or coursework in social media, digital marketing, or advertising (internship experience welcome)
- Comfortable learning new platforms and tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing software, etc.)
- Strong written communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage your time independently
- A plus, but not required: experience with WordPress, Canva, or similar tools
